Although he was more predisposed to spend most of his free time painting, his Father would give him and his brother the chore to shovel the sidewalks and the front porch. As a child and young man, Zolan’s passion was to create and to paint. He was never fond of playing sports, and if he wasn’t painting then he was helping out his Father and Grandfather doing handyman work around the house.
